Returns + Exchanges

RETURNS We want you to completely love our collections and in general, we are pretty easy to get along with if you follow a few simple requests and of course reach out if you have a question. 

Regular Priced Items

  • 14-day return window from delivery date for full refund
  • Items must be unworn with original tags attached and free of odors/damage
  • Returns after 14 days receive store credit
  • 5% restocking fee applies to all returns (can be waived for store credit)
  • $15 shipping fee deducted for full-order returns or returns that fall below a $100 threshold.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Optional USPS Priority return label available for orders under $500 ($20 fee)
  • Please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping
  • Request RA through account portal, link above or contact customer service
  • Use tracked shipping method

Sale and Discount Items

  • Items with 30%+ discount
  • Items ending in .98
  • Marked sale items
  • Store credit only, all sales final.  All Purchases made with a store credit
    are final sale.
  • Sales purchased as a bundle or minimum quantity/dollar amount will be adjusted accordingly upon return of any items.

Raffaello Rossi

  • Regular-priced items: Store credit or size exchange only
  • White pants: Non-returnable

Special Orders

  • All special orders are non-returnable
  • Store credit may be available with prior authorization
  • Applies to both 3-5 day and regular special orders

International Returns

  • Store credit only for merchandise value
  • Customer responsible for return shipping to US
  • Outblound shipping is non refundable
  • Duties/taxes are non-refundable (may be claimed through local customs)

Damaged or mis shipped items

  • Report Any Issues within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Send detailed photos of item as well as packaging
  • Explain the Issue
  • Approved returns must be received within 7 days of authorization
  • Regular priced merchandise with be exchange or refunded according to authorization notes. Sale items will be store credit according to authorization notes.

Cancellations

We generally ship fairly quickly and once your order has been processed to shipping we can not cancel. If the order has not been processed to shipping, all cancelled orders will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee upon refund. No exceptions.  If you've purchased something in error, and wish to avoid this fee, consider a color, style or size change,  please reach out to us so we can help with any questions you may have.

Exchanges

  • We do not process direct exchanges. Instead:
  • Submit return for store credit, then place new order
  • Size requests can be held pending return

Important Notes

  • All returns require Return Authorization (RA)
  • Returns without RA receive store credit only
  • No returns/exchanges after 30 days
  • Restocking fees up to 50% may apply for:
    • Declined deliveries
    • Misaddressed deliveries
    • Returns without RA
    • Damaged merchandise
    • ORDERS W/O email or phone contact
    • Serial Returners that continue to order the same items. 

 

-The Last Word......

If your return is shipped after 30 days, your merchandise, when received by GDC will be donated to our local charity. You will not receive a refund or store credit. But, you will be helping someone less fortunate!
